A Grand room with high ceilings which was no match for Diastello to fill with their sets of Traditional and Modern Greek music and a set of classic and chart topping hits by Alex Stassi.
Many details made this wedding stand out mainly due to the bride being very attentive to detail and incorporating her skills as a designer. This included hand making the diamontes for the cake & flowers and her love for sweets was shown and organising a pic ‘n’ mix of ‘classic’ sweets for her guests to enjoy throughout the evening. There was also Still Living Statues and a performance by a close friend who sang for the bride & groom.
The church service was at The All Saints Greek Othodox Church in Camden Town and we then moved to Queen Mary’s Gardens in Regents Park for the official Portraits – with perfect weather!
One thing which I loved was the LED lit dance floor supplied by Gold Star which made for some fantastic shots of the groom dancing Zeibekiko (Zeybek dance) which I shot without a flash and with my 50mm prime lens at 1.2f.
