A short clip of Diastello performing at Andreas & Katerina’s Wedding
A cold and windy day… Not the best of climates for a wedding shoot but fortunately both preparations of the bride and groom were taking place in Suites at the beautiful Langham Hotel and the weather did not deter this stunning smiley couple from having their portraits. We still managed 4 location shoots, one in the rain! Another in the ballroom before guests arrived, one just outside the Hotel and the final in the Langham’s Wine cellar.
With the service at the stunning Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Sophia travelling was simple
Michalis Hatzigiannis (Μιχάλης Χατζηγιάννης) took to the stage exclusively for one night only in Camden Town at KOKO.
Hosted and flawlessly organised by LGR Privé Events and with a support act from Valanto Tryfonos the Greek Superstar Performed his hits to a sellout crowd.
Photographing three full weddings in a row really does take its toll on your mind, body and memory cards! Monday morning feels like you have a hangover, your legs and feet ache like you’ve run a small marathon and you feel weirdly dehydrated.
But there are a few things that help you get through each special event making sure that you provide every couple the same level of service from wedding to wedding no matter how mentally and physically tired you are.
Knowing that you are working along side other companies and people that you are comfortable with, that provide an excellent service and end product makes all the difference.
When you get a call from the bride and groom the following morning praising you on the level of service that you have provided for the duration of their wedding day it really does perk you up and reconfirms that you are still putting every last bit of effort into every wedding that you take part in.
After each wedding and each download, I (and I’m sure every other photographer out there also) love to take a peak into what we have achieved on the shoot of a wedding. With that I can’t help but sharing a pic on my very popular Sneak Peak album on Facebook. Take a look!
The long awaited Olympic Torch Relaying round the UK reaches our home town, Southgate!
With the streets and southgate roundabout packed onlookers and camera snappers (including myself) waited hours for a glimpse of the Golden Torch!
Celebrated at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, London this wedding was stunning in every way!
With the sun beaming through the trees in the Grosvenor Square Park it made for the most stunning Wedding Portrait Shoot and i could not commend the Bride & Groom enough for their prescence in front of the lens.
With Perrys The Wedding Company and the staff at the Marriott Hotel behind the scenes, music provided by the greek band Midas Touch and videography by Mario from TVP the team spirit on the night was flawless.

This was a great opportunity to capture the pupils of Grange Park Primary School enjoying the celebrations of the Queens Diamond Jubilee in the School’s amazing grounds. The children where asked to wear the colours of the the Union Jack and provide an item of food or drink to contribute to the picnic.
It is always an honor to photograph someone’s wedding but to be asked to photograph an intimate service like a Christening is something else.
Two very special Client’s (Nick & Zoe) who got married in 2010 asked me to photograph their first child’s christening, Natalia, at the beautiful St Sophia’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bayswater, London.
Just like a wedding it is imperative to know exactly what element of the service is about to take place as they last a matter of seconds. Once the sacrament is performed there is no chance to ask the Preist to ‘do it again for the camera’, so the experience is essential.
Looking forward to the second!
